​An established MEP design firm in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Plumbing and/or Fire Protection Engineer to join their growing team in a leadership capacity.

The firm has 55+ engineers across Boston and the South Shore, supported by a 65-person Facilities Management team, and specializes in Life Sciences, BioPharma, and Healthcare projects across New England, with project values up to $1B.

Key Responsibilities

• Design plumbing and/or fire protection systems for complex commercial projects

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on Life Sciences and healthcare facilities

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers

• Participate in project coordination, design reviews, and client collaboration

• Ensure designs meet applicable codes and industry standards

Preferred Background
