Role: Senior Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in Munich. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in supporting sales teams and executing communication initiatives with customer partners.
You will work from a shared office space in Munich three days a week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and actively contribute to company culture. International travel may occasionally be required to other European offices.
Responsibilities
Own product and brand positioning locally in Germany.
Act as a business partner to Sales teams, supporting marketing and communication initiatives.
Design and execute impactful communication actions, including events, to promote products and services to customer partners.
Measure the impact of local marketing initiatives (leads, traffic, engagement, partner feedback).
Collaborate with the wider EU marketing team to ensure cross-country alignment and content sharing.
Manage and update website content using a CMS, keeping it relevant and engaging.
Utilize a CRM to manage customer data and implement emailing campaigns, newsletters, and automation campaigns.
Work closely with international teams on marketing and communication activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in project management and event coordination.
Proficiency in CMS and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Language Requirements
Native fluency in German and professional English required
