​We’re hiring a Lead Senior Project Development Manager to support the delivery of large-scale BESS projects in Germany ⚡

Location: Munich, Hybrid x2 days a week (flexible as long as you can commit to Munich office)

Salary: up to 100k, DOE + %bonus + package

This role will focus on driving projects through the full development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on grid connection, permitting, and cable route planning.

🔹 Key responsibilities:

• Lead development of multiple BESS projects from origination to handover

• Manage grid connection processes with TSOs

• Oversee permitting and stakeholder engagement

• Coordinate cable route and early engineering design

• Work closely with internal teams (origination, procurement, finance)

🔹 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in energy or infrastructure project development

• Strong background in grid, permitting, and infrastructure delivery

• Experience managing complex projects through to execution

• Strong stakeholder and regulatory interface experience

• Fluent German and English
