Key Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE experience leading and managing field crews on commercial solar construction projects

• Read and interpret construction drawings and electrical schematics

• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules

• Ensure compliance with NEC, safety standards, and project specifications

• Perform quality checks and resolve issues efficiently

• Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical guidance

• Maintain daily communication with project leadership

• Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years leading crews in commercial electrical construction

• Solar construction experience preferred

• OSHA 30 certification

• Strong NEC knowledge

• Ability to travel extensively

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  

Preferred:

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license

• PV installation experience
