The Director of Project Management will lead the execution of large-scale solar projects from development through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.

This role oversees project planning, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and energy optimization teams.

The Director will manage and mentor a team of project managers, drive performance excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, monitoring budgets and forecasts, implementing quality control processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within solar or renewables energy

• Proven experience managing large commercial and industrial solar projects

• Must be proficient in using Procore

• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)

• Excellent leadership, communication, financial oversight, and stakeholder management skills
