  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development, value propositions, and business models.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets.

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, contract signing, and project kick-off.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical teams to deliver compelling, customer-focused proposals.

  • Own pricing strategies and commercial negotiations for development programmes and component sales.

  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and seminars, delivering presentations and promoting the company’s technology and capabilities.

  • Provide commercial leadership within a fast-paced, innovative, and entrepreneurial environment.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven technical sales track record within a relevant industrial or technology-led sector.

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in sales within Automotive, Defence, Marine, Aerospace, or related industries.

  • Demonstrated success in negotiating complex commercial agreements and closing high-value deals.

  • Experience bringing new or emerging technologies to market, ideally from a Tier 1 supplier or OEM perspective.

  • Strong analytical and commercial modelling skills (Excel or equivalent).

  • Expertise in structured sales processes, strategic planning, and opportunity qualification.

  • Comfortable operating in pre-revenue or early-stage growth environments.

Desirable Experience

  • Established network within e-Mobility or adjacent technology sectors.

  • Experience working cross-functionally and providing informal leadership within matrixed teams.

  • Background in government funding, joint ventures, or EU funding programmes.

  • Relevant technical degree and/or MBA.

  • Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment with high levels of autonomy.
