The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-performance, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new revenue growth across Bavaria, focused specifically on the electrical contractor, EV charging installer and solar PV installer channel.

This is not an account management role. This is a pure new business position requiring proven success selling into electrical and renewables installers.

You will be responsible for opening new installer partnerships, driving specification opportunities and building a strong regional presence within the EV and solar ecosystem.

The Role

  • Proactively identify and win new installer partners across Munich and Bavaria

  • Sell EV charging / solar-related technical solutions into electrical contractors and renewable installers

  • Conduct cold outreach, field prospecting and on-site visits

  • Build and convert a robust pipeline of new business opportunities

  • Drive specification sales into commercial and residential projects

  • Deliver product training and commercial presentations to installer partners

  • Achieve and exceed aggressive revenue targets

Essential Requirements (Must Have)

  • Proven experience selling directly into electrical contractors, EV installers or solar PV installers in Germany

  • Demonstrable hunter mentality with strong new business results

  • Experience in EV charging, solar, electrical infrastructure or renewable technology sales

  • Strong commercial negotiation skills

  • Comfortable operating independently in a field-based role

  • Fluent German (mandatory) and strong communication skills
