  • Structure, propose, and negotiate appropriate credit support tools such as bank guarantees, corporate guarantees, prepayments, and cash collateral.

  • Support the negotiation and administration of trading and collateral agreements (e.g., EFETs, ISDAs, and CSAs).

  • Collaborate closely with teams across Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Legal, and Risk to support the entire trade lifecycle.

  • Contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly credit risk reports for internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain the Credit Risk Management System by ensuring all data entries related to counterparties, limits, and ratings are accurate and timely.

  • Support commercial teams in resolving payment issues and recovery efforts involving distressed or high-risk counterparties.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects and provide support for ad hoc risk-related initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably within the energy or commodities trading sector or a large financial institution.

  • Strong understanding of credit and risk management principles, especially in a trading or structured finance context.

  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are considered an asset.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
