Job Title: Commercial Director

Location: Lisbon

Our client, an internationally leading main contractor specialising in mission-critical construction projects, is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead all commercial activities on a major project in Portugal.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of a large-scale project — from early construction through to final handover.

Requirements:

• Strong construction background with a clear commercial focus

• Proven experience working on large-scale construction projects from start to finish

• Previous experience in a senior commercial leadership role (Commercial Director / Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial)

• Fluent in English

• Willingness to be based in Lisbon, Portugal
