​We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer Twilio in the UK to join our client on a contract basis. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect Twilio Flex configurations with AWS-native DevOps practices for seamless omnichannel support.

• Automate deployments via AWS CodeBuild, Jenkins, and Ansible; manage VPCs, RDS, and Elastic Beanstalk for Flex workloads.

• Enhance Flex with AI/ML integrations (e.g., AWS Lex, SageMaker) and performance tuning for global scale.

• Lead troubleshooting, security audits (IAM, GuardDuty), and cost optimization in dynamic environments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years AWS DevOps experience (hands-on with serverless and containers).

• Proven Twilio Flex implementation (custom UI, workflows, voice/SMS routing).

• Proficiency in GitOps, Infrastructure monitoring, and scripting (Bash, Python).

• Experience in high-volume telecom or SaaS environments.
