​We are looking for a UX/Product Designer in Horsham, UK on a contract basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX Research or Product Research.

• Strong understanding of research methodologies: usability testing, field research, interviews, task analysis, card sorting, surveys, diary studies.

• Ability to observe and analyze user behavior in real environments and identify usability issues.

• Experience working with interactive prototypes (Figma, UXPin, etc.) and planning prototype-based research.

• Strong analytical and storytelling skills — ability to turn raw findings into clear insights and product recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
