Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog for the Climate Team, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with program goals.

  • Translate technical challenges in vehicle thermal systems

    into well-defined requirements and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program timing and communicate the impact of changes on delivery.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of vehicle thermal systems, with knowledge of PT or thermal refrigeration considered essential.

  • Ability to articulate problems clearly and translate them into actionable tasks.

  • Experience in stakeholder communication, with the ability to balance technical detail and program-level impact.

  • Demonstrated discipline in task ownership and delivery accountability.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a motivated, assertive, and collaborative team approach.

  • Familiarity with Agile principles is beneficial, but deep Agile expertise is not required.

Skills:

1. Experience in delivering the Vehicle Climate Control systems or Vehicle Thermal Management - Requirements, Strategies and deliverables for ICE and EV sytems

2. Experience in Cabin Thermal Management - HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Control for Cabin/ Passenger comfort.

3. Experience in thermal and climate system integration - covering AC Compressors & Condesnors, Electric Pumps, Valves, Actuators, Pressure Switches and Sensors

4. Component Thermal Robustness - protect components of all systems throughout the vehicle, from the various heat sources
