Job description
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog for the Climate Team, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with program goals.
Translate technical challenges in vehicle thermal systems
into well-defined requirements and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program timing and communicate the impact of changes on delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of vehicle thermal systems, with knowledge of PT or thermal refrigeration considered essential.
Ability to articulate problems clearly and translate them into actionable tasks.
Experience in stakeholder communication, with the ability to balance technical detail and program-level impact.
Demonstrated discipline in task ownership and delivery accountability.
Strong interpersonal skills with a motivated, assertive, and collaborative team approach.
Familiarity with Agile principles is beneficial, but deep Agile expertise is not required.
Skills:
1. Experience in delivering the Vehicle Climate Control systems or Vehicle Thermal Management - Requirements, Strategies and deliverables for ICE and EV sytems
2. Experience in Cabin Thermal Management - HVAC systems (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Control for Cabin/ Passenger comfort.
3. Experience in thermal and climate system integration - covering AC Compressors & Condesnors, Electric Pumps, Valves, Actuators, Pressure Switches and Sensors
4. Component Thermal Robustness - protect components of all systems throughout the vehicle, from the various heat sources
