​We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Energy & Utilities team, partnering with clients across regulated and non-regulated energy markets.

This is a market-facing role for consultants who enjoy building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

The Role

· Full 360 recruitment responsibilities

· Business development across energy and utilities clients

· Managing permanent and contract hiring processes

· Acting as a market specialist and trusted advisor

· Supporting the scale-up of the division

Experience Required

· 18+ months’ experience in a 360 recruitment role

· Minimum £120k billed in the last 12 months

· Experience recruiting within energy, utilities, or infrastructure markets

· Confident communicator with a consultative approach
