They are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer: a design focused candidate who is interested in learning and interested in the hardcore technical engineering, not someone who just wants to be a PM.

This is a long-term addition to their team: in 2-3 years the interactions with clients will be big, and this person will potentially be managing a team & the overall engineering development.
