This requires hands-on experience in regulated rule change processes.

Analyse current registration and qualification processes across operators.
Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and alignment gaps.
Recommend harmonisation and process optimisation opportunities.
Develop process maps (BPMN preferred).
Required Experience
7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex, regulated environments.
Strong background in data modelling and data governance.
Demonstrated experience in energy markets (TSO/DSO, flexibility, ancillary services, balancing markets).
Experience leading regulatory rule change or approval processes.
Proven ability to facilitate senior-level stakeholder workshops.
Technical & Methodological Skills
Data ontology design
