We are currently building a talent pool of talented Project Developers at all levels for multiple upcoming solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects in Germany.

Role Overview

As a Project Development specialist in our talent pool, you will be considered for multiple renewable energy projects across Germany. Your role will involve driving projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring successful delivery, and coordinating across technical, commercial, and regulatory teams.

You will support projects such as:

  • Utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS)

  • Hybrid renewable energy projects

  • Onshore wind developments (optional, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead feasibility studies, permitting, and grid connection activities

  • Manage contracts, stakeholder relationships, and landowner agreements

  • Coordinate internal teams (engineering, commercial, legal, environmental)

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with regulations

  • Support portfolio and pipeline development for multiple projects

Requirements

  • 2–7+ years of experience in renewable project development (solar, BESS, or related)

  • Knowledge of German permitting and grid connection processes

  • Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in German (C1+) and English
