​Project Manager – MHHS (UK Energy Supplier)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a workstream assessing the commercial impacts of Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) and supporting mitigation and readiness planning for a UK Energy Supplier.

• Contract role

• Outside IR35

• Initial 6 month contract

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, RAID management, delivery tracking, and reporting

• Coordinate internal stakeholders and senior business leaders

• Translate commercial impact analysis into clear board-level insights and recommendations

• Support MHHS commercial modelling and mitigation delivery

Essential experience

• Proven project management delivery experience

• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills

• MHHS knowledge (scope, timelines, outcomes)

• Smart/AMR metering knowledge

• UK Energy Supplier operational understanding

Desirable

• MHHS data and systems awareness (HH data flows, DIP, settlement timeline reduction)

• Commercial modelling and scenario analysis (P&L, margin, working capital, cost-to-serve, transition costs)

• Exposure to innovative tariffs and flexibility products

• Awareness of data protection and customer consent considerations
