We are looking for a Director of Finance and Operations

Overview

Drive the structuring and execution of renewable energy financing transactions, including tax equity, debt, and securitization structures. Lead transactions from initial modeling and due diligence through documentation and closing. Act as the primary liaison with lenders, investors, and rating agencies while ensuring ongoing compliance and portfolio performance. Collaborate with internal teams to align capital strategy with project development and long-term growth objectives, and provide leadership with insights on market trends and financing opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project finance, structured finance, or investment banking within energy or infrastructure.

• Need to have a renewable energy background

• Demonstrated success in closing complex debt and tax equity transactions.

• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
