Location: Hybrid, Sheffield/Birmingham/Leeds UK (3days/Week Onsite)
Duration: 6months+ Contract Inside IR35

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM platforms and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Support AEM implementation projects, including Sites, Assets, Forms, and Brand Portal setup.
Manage content workflows, taxonomy, metadata, and publishing processes.
Provide guidance on AEM architecture, components, templates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
Requirements Gathering: Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and documenting business needs.
Core AEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and Brand Portal.
Content Management: Familiarity with taxonomy, metadata management, publishing processes, and content authoring.
Technical Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and data analysis tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AEM projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Exposure to integration of AEM with other enterprise systems.
