Founded over 15 years ago, our client is historically a civil/structural engineering firm with strong ambitions to become a leader in the MEP space as well and is looking to bring on a Licensed Electrical Engineer. This is a highly unique & sought after opportunity to shape your career.

They have established a foundation and reputation with property owners in the city and are often referred to as “the city’s best kept secret”. They are a young firm, with most directors and partners being under 40, and claim to have “veteran wisdom with youthful ambition”. 

This trust is passed onto new divisions, including the new MEP branch that they have just launched. This Licensed Electrical hire will round out the MEP Team. They’ve just hired a Mechanical Project Manager (via Vallum) and a Director of Fire Protection. This will be a direct pathway to Department Manager, as you would be the first & only Electrical person throughout the firm (for now). 

• PE is a must
• Ideally 10 years of MEP Design experience as an Electrical Engineer
• Understanding the local codes for multi-family residential buildings.
• Proven experience seeing through the entire life cycle of a project.
• Interconnection experience with Con-Ed would be ideal
• Forensics experience
