Job Description:

As a ServiceNow GTM Solution Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of ServiceNow solutions within the UK market. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate those needs into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the UK market, focusing on key accounts and industry verticals.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Identify and articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow solutions to address customer pain points and business challenges.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of ServiceNow's product suite and its capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow's product suite and its value proposition.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK market and its specific industry needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and deals.

Desired Skills:

  • ServiceNow certifications
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
