Working directly for the principle contractor your role as the M&E Quantity Surveyor will managing the financial and contractual aspects of mechanical and electrical packages on construction projects. This includes cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring value for money while maintaining compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
