  Job Overview:

  The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects for our banking client. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale projects in the financial services industry, with a focus on high availability, security, scalability, and performance.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.

• Coordinate and manage project teams across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics aligned with client expectations and strategic business goals.

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement change management processes.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring consistent and transparent updates with senior leadership, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams.

• Monitor project expenditures, track financial performance, and ensure proper allocation of resources.

• Ensure that infrastructure solutions comply with all relevant regulations, including those specific to the banking and financial services industry (e.g., data protection, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).

• Incorporate security best practices into the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing infrastructure projects within the banking or financial services industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud adoption, cybersecurity implementations).

• Strong understanding of banking IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data centers, networks, storage, and security protocols.
  

• Strong skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
  

 Requirements

Certifications (Preferred):

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management certification.

• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification is a plus.

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or infrastructure-specific certifications are desirable.
