​Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HSE activities on active construction projects.

• Ensure compliance with local health & safety legislations, client standards, and company policies.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.

• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to implement company policies.

• Monitor HSE performance and contribute to KPI reporting and continuous improvement plans.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior HSE staff.

Requirements:

• Open to frequent travel across Ireland.

• 5+ years in HSE in a relevant sector within construction.

• NEBOSH/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, IOSH)

• Proven ability to influence safety behaviours and lead HSE initiatives onsite and great communication skills.
