We’re hiring a Grid Engineer / Manager to support the development and delivery of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS) across Germany. You’ll be responsible for managing grid connection processes, liaising with TSOs/DNOs, and ensuring projects meet all technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grid connection applications and approvals

• Interface with grid operators (TSO/DNO) throughout project lifecycle

• Conduct grid studies and support technical design reviews

• Coordinate with internal development, engineering, and permitting teams

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in grid connection or power systems engineering

• Experience with German grid codes and connection procedures

• Fluentin German and English

• Background in Electrical or Power Engineering
