Role- Business Analyst

Location- London (remote)

Contract- 12 months

Rate- 600/day (inside IR35)

Required:

• Hands-on Xuber for Insurance (XFI) is mandatory, commercial and speciality insurance, London Markets a bonus.

• Discovery and analysis, knowledge transfer and documentation.

Job purpose:

• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and user stories.

• Ability to analyze current workflows (e.g., claims processing or underwriting) and identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.

• Strong ability to work with insurance data (premium calculations, risk assessment models, loss ratios, etc.) and interpret trends.

• Expertise in policy issuance, underwriting, endorsements, claims processing, renewals, and cancellations.

• Awareness of digital insurance trends such as telematics, InsurTech innovations, and customer self-service models.
