What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects from concept through completion, ensuring smooth execution and budget control.

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key liaison between clients and the firm.

  • Oversee and mentor teams, developing future leaders and ensuring the technical excellence of your staff.

  • Keep projects on track, managing resources effectively to meet deadlines and performance standards.

  • Spearhead proposal and presentation efforts, securing new projects and expanding our footprint.

  • Drive business development, nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the MEP group, tackling challenges, and driving innovation.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned MEP engineering professional with 15+ years of hands-on experience.

  • A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • Experienced in designing and managing MEP engineering projects across public facilities and healthcare sectors (a plus!).

  • Knowledgeable in New Jersey Building Codes, AutoCAD, and Revit (your go-to tools for success).

  • A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with exceptional communication and project management skills.
