Possessing two decades of hands-on leadership experience, Paul has contributed his expertise to renowned recruitment entities such as Modis (the Adecco Group) and specialized IT agencies.
Notably, he also established his own business, where he played a pivotal role in expanding it to include 30 fee-earning consultants. Paul’s extensive qualifications and proficiency underscore his effectiveness in navigating the dynamic field of recruitment.
