Overview:

Vallum Associates is partnering with a commercial solar developer who is seeking an experienced Electrician for projects in the Los Angeles area. This role involves supervising job site activities, managing teams, coordinating materials and equipment, and ensuring all work complies with plans, codes, and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute electrical tasks, adapting to changes as needed.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to team members.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve system issues.
• Manage project materials, equipment, and timelines.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Address and resolve worksite challenges promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
• 2–3 years of experience as a lead electrician in commercial construction.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Travel up to 100% during active construction.
• Valid driver’s license and strong knowledge of NEC standards.

Preferred Skills:

• PV installation experience.
• CDL license and mechanical aptitude.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician certification.
