Job Title: Energy Optimization Field Manager

Locations: (Maryland OR Delaware) 75% Remote & 25% Onsite

Duration: Fulltime Role

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and guidance to your field technicians ensuring a safe and positive work

• environment

• Collaborate with your Senior Energy Optimization Manager(s), Technical Documentation Specialist, and our Health & Safety Manager to ensure successful onboarding, growth, and adherence to company standards with our field technicians

• Work with your Senior Energy Optimization Manager(s) and our Health and Safety Manager to create,

• audit, and improve our SOPs

• Collaborate with our Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings

• Research and recommend trainings that will further serve our technician’s knowledge base furthering our diagnostic, repair, and maintenance capabilities

• Provide technical expertise in the troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of PV issues

• Liaise with our procurement team in addition vendors and suppliers to ensure access to required

• rentals, equipment, and inventory levels

• Engage with our Construction Team prior to Final Completion for testing and commissioning review

• prior to onboarding with the Energy Optimization Team

• Engage with our Technical Documentation Specialist upon closing of acquisitions to review job books for successful onboarding

• Work with the Energy Managers to ensure conformance to quality control procedures in maintenance

• activities

• Work with our Technical Documentation Specialist to review and report on project activities

• Work with your Energy Optimization Managers to report on technician performance for the purposes of professional development plans
