🔍 The Opportunity

We're hiring a Principal Consultant to join our Engineering Division in Boston, with a focus on MEP Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Construction markets.

This is a business development-heavy role perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and full-cycle recruitment. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our client base while delivering exceptional service and candidate experiences.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Managing a 360° recruitment desk with ownership of client and candidate relationships

• Driving new business within technical sectors:

  MEP, Civils, and Construction

• Developing long-term partnerships with leading engineering and infrastructure firms

• Sourcing and placing top talent across high-impact roles

• Mentoring junior consultants as we grow our Boston team

✅ What You Bring

• At least 1 year in a full-cycle (360°) recruitment role within a relevant technical market

• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition

• Understanding of or experience within MEP, Civil Engineering, or Construction sectors

• Strong communication skills and a relationship-led mindset

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on growth and excellence
