Solar and BESS QA/QC Manager (Utility-Scale Projects)

Salary: Competitive + % bonus + package

We are looking for an experiencedSolar and BESS QA/QC Managerto oversee quality assurance and quality control for large-scale solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing QA/QC processes on utility-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans for solar and BESS projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.

• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installations.

• Work closely with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC best practices and procedures.

• Report on QA/QC performance to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting any risks or quality concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA/QC management for utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations relevant to solar energy and energy storage systems.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential quality issues early in the project.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality Management, or Renewable Energy are preferred.
