​About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Developer to join a growing team focused on the development of onshore wind projects. This role will support the full lifecycle of wind energy development — from site identification and permitting through to pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate new onshore wind project opportunities.

• Lead landowner engagement and secure land agreements.

• Manage permitting processes and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.

• Oversee environmental and technical assessments in collaboration with consultants.

• Support internal approvals, budgeting, and project planning processes.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and finance teams.
  

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in renewable energy project development, ideally in onshore wind.

• Strong understanding of permitting, grid, and land acquisition processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-starter with a structured and delivery-focused approach.
