Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing

  (£15M+) technology programs in

  banking.

• Strong background in

  program governance, risk management, and agile methodologies.

• Expertise in handling

  complex technology transformations, including cloud, AI, data, or enterprise platforms.

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working at

  C-suite and executive levels.

• Strong financial and budget management expertise, ensuring cost optimization and ROI-driven execution.

• Ability to

  navigate regulatory and compliance requirements

  in financial or enterprise environments.
