The Role

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Develop and expand a strong network within the Data, Cloud, or AI sectors across the UK and/or Europe.

• Drive business development, securing new clients and deepening relationships with existing partners.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing top-tier candidates to offer negotiation and placement.

• Act as a market expert, providing insights into hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

• Mentor ]junior consultants, helping to shape and develop the team.

• Consistently achieve and exceed targets, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive 360 recruitment experience within the Data, Cloud, or AI space, ideally in the UK and/or European markets.

• A proven track record in business development and successfully growing a client base.

• Strong knowledge of technology recruitment trends, particularly in emerging fields like AI and Cloud Computing.

• A results-driven mindset with the ability to develop and lead recruitment strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
