Your Role and Impact
As a Mechanical Engineer on our team, you will:
Lead Complex Mechanical Designs: Design and optimize HVAC systems for diverse, challenging projects across various sectors, including healthcare and high-rise developments.
Utilize Advanced Tools: Bring design changes to life using AutoCAD and Revit, conducting detailed calculations and equipment selections.
Champion Sustainability: Support LEED documentation and help clients achieve high standards for energy efficiency and sustainability.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with architects, building owners, and managers to ensure seamless, integrated project delivery.
Ensure Compliance and Quality: Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and contribute to key project documentation to ensure alignment with code compliance and client expectations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Experience in HVAC Design: You have 5+ years of experience in HVAC design, with a portfolio that spans commercial, healthcare, or institutional projects.
Technical Mastery: Proficient in Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office, with a solid understanding of code compliance and industry standards.
PE License (or EIT): PE registration in New York is preferred, or EIT status with the ability to earn a PE within 1–2 years.
LEED Accreditation: Preferred but not required, showing your commitment to sustainable design.
Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team, with the communication skills to lead discussions and problem-solve effectively.
