Your Role and Impact
As a Mechanical Engineer on our team, you will:
Design and Innovate: Lead complex mechanical building designs for diverse projects across commercial, healthcare, and institutional sectors.
Incorporate Cutting-Edge Technology: Use AutoCAD and Revit to bring design changes to life and perform detailed load calculations and system selections.
Drive Sustainability: Contribute to LEED documentation, helping our clients meet the highest standards in energy efficiency.
Collaborate and Communicate: Engage with architects, owners, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead in Quality: Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and create critical project documentation.

What You’ll Bring
Expertise in HVAC Design: You have 5–10 years of experience in HVAC design for commercial, healthcare, or institutional buildings.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
PE Registration (or EIT): PE registration is a plus, with an option for EIT candidates who can earn their PE within 1–2 years.
LEED AP Accreditation: Preferred but not required.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
