Your Role and Impact

As a Mechanical Engineer on our team, you will:

What You’ll Bring

  • Expertise in HVAC Design: You have 5–10 years of experience in HVAC design for commercial, healthcare, or institutional buildings.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Trace 700, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.

  • PE Registration (or EIT): PE registration is a plus, with an option for EIT candidates who can earn their PE within 1–2 years.

  • LEED AP Accreditation: Preferred but not required.

  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
