My client, a leading company in the FinTech space, is looking for an Internal Auditor to lead complex audits, drive strategic insights, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. You will manage high-impact assurance reviews, deputise for the Audit Director, and shape audit strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop audit strategies for Cyber Security and IT risk, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct risk assessments to inform assurance plans, audit strategies, and the audit universe.

• Ensure audit work aligns with UK regulatory requirements related to Technology and Cyber risks.

• Lead and deliver high-quality assurance reviews across Cyber Security, IT Risk, IT Governance, and Operational Resilience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CRISC (preferred but not essential).

• Experience: Proven expertise in leading audits in Cyber Security, IT Risk, IT Governance, and Operational Resilience. Banking or Financial Services experience is a plus.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cyber threats, security frameworks, and incident response.

• Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
