We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), especially Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions such as Okta, Daon, Ping, or similar products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical capabilities in Java,Spring Boot, and Microservices, and a proven track record of working in cloud-native and containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust IAM solutions with a focus on MFA integration.

• Work on high-availability Microservices using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

• Develop and deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to deploy solutions on OpenShift.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work in a fast-paced development cycle.

• Interact with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

• Provide regular updates to team leads and contribute to technical documentation.

• Write optimized SQL queries and work with Oracle DB for stored procedures, capacity planning, etc.

• Continuously evaluate and integrate MFA and IAM solutions to enhance security and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Java development and Microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud-native application development.

• Strong experience in IAM and MFA solutions such as Okta, Daon, Ping, etc.

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

• Experience working on OpenShift platform.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL tuning, and stored procedures.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
