Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn, an eye for detail, and the drive to grow within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educational Background: A B.S. or M.S. in Fire Protection Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline with complementary experience.

  • Experience: 0-7 years in fire protection consulting, fire alarm design, automatic sprinkler/suppression systems, fire modeling, and egress design.

  • Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the ability to analyze complex situations with ease.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
