We’re working with a specialist engineering company to find aLead Field Technicianto support condition assessments onhigh-voltage earthing systemsacross substations and critical infrastructure sites.

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead a small field team carrying out electrical tests, visual inspections, and soil resistivity surveys, with responsibilities split betweenUK-wide site work and remote/office-based reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting earthing system inspections and electrical testing

• Carrying out fall-of-potential and soil resistivity measurements

• Working on-site Monday to Friday with travel & accommodation provided

• Writing detailed technical reports and supporting planning activities

What You’ll Need

• Experience with HV substation earthing systems

• Strong practical skills and willingness to travel regularly

• Electrical background or qualifications beneficial

• Full UK driving license
