What You’ll Do

In this leadership role, you’ll:

• Revolutionize Workflows: Innovate, automate, and expand our toolset to improve design and construction efficiencies.

• Set Standards: Lead the BIM committee, ensuring top-quality production standards across all offices.

• Collaborate with Clients: Develop BIM execution plans and lead client presentations to showcase our capabilities.

• Train & Mentor: Conduct training sessions, onboard new team members, and empower our engineering and design teams with the latest tools.

• Advise on Tech Strategy: Shape the firm’s technology direction by identifying and implementing emerging technologies.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience with MEP disciplines in a design or engineering firm. A tech-forward mindset and familiarity with advanced BIM applications.

• Technical Prowess: Advanced skills in Revit (including coding in .NET API and Dynamo), Autodesk BIM360, and custom content creation.

• Leadership & Vision: A knack for process improvement and a desire to mentor others in the latest design technologies.

• Flexibility & Mobility: The ability to travel occasionally for team training and orientation at various offices.
