Role Overview:
As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting candidates for our clients in the energy, renewables, insurance, and financial services sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Assist in managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and clients alike.
Support business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and assisting in the creation of proposals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide informed advice and become an expert in your market.
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated self-starter with a passion for recruitment and the energy, renewables, insurance, and financial services sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
