We are seeking an experienced Agile Lead Engineer to guide our IT client’s teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. Rate- 350USD/day on B2B

Location- Poland (remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in Agile practices, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Design, develop, and review high-quality technical solutions using modern tools and technologies.
• Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance, workflows, and technical practices.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a lead engineer in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
• Expertise in software development with proficiency in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and software design principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
