​Technical Lead – Security Hub

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the delivery of our Security Hub platform. You will lead engineering teams responsible for platform development, enterprise integrations, automation, and security operations capabilities, ensuring successful deployment of scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Security Hub capabilities across design, development, integration, and deployment.

• Translate architecture into actionable engineering plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Oversee deployment and operations of Security Hub services on OpenShift/Kubernetes.

• Lead development of enterprise integrations, APIs, event-driven architectures, and telemetry pipelines.

• Drive implementation of security controls, workflow automation, and AI-assisted operational capabilities.

• Manage CI/CD, testing, release management, and production readiness activities.

• Support operational handover through documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer.

Required Experience

• 12+ years in software, platform, cloud, or security engineering.

• 5+ years leading technical teams on large-scale enterprise programs.

• Experience delivering cloud-native platforms and complex enterprise integrations.

• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably financial services.

• Experience with Security Hub, SIEM, SOAR, SOC, CNAPP, or CSPM platforms.

• OpenShift-based enterprise platform experience.

• Event-driven architectures and workflow orchestration.

• AI-enabled operations and automation solutions.

• ServiceNow Security Operations integrations.

• Financial services security program experience.
