Key Requirements :

1. Proven experience in telecommunications testing with strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and test management methodologies.

2. Good understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, call flows, protocols, and telecom standards.

3. Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM) and test automation tools or network simulators.

4. ISTQB certification or equivalent software testing qualification is preferred.

5. Experience in testing complex telecom projects, including cloud-based solutions and network elements such as IMS, OCS, PCRF, HSS/HLR, Billing, Messaging, or MVNO platforms.

6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and drive resolution of test defects and environment issues.

7. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and collaboration skills with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead end-to-end test activities including test analysis, planning, execution, defect management, and reporting for telecom projects.

2. Deliver test programs within agreed timelines by collaborating with design, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and defects.

3. Develop, maintain, and enhance test cases, test documentation, automation scripts, and testing procedures to improve quality and efficiency.

4. Ensure the stability, availability, and maintenance of test environments, platforms, and technical systems under assigned ownership.

5. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to test engineers while supporting complex testing activities and troubleshooting.

6. Validate new and existing telecom services and solutions to ensure they meet quality, performance, and production readiness standards.

7. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support successful test delivery and continuous service improvement.
