​Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre & Mission Critical Projects (Nordics)

Location: Finland, Sweden & Norway

Employment Type: Full-Time

Rotation: Typically 10 Days On / 4 Days Off OR 3 weeks on / 1 week off

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a range of leading contractors and project delivery organisations seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to support major projects across the Nordic region.

The successful candidates will take ownership of high-value work packages, provide commercial leadership across project teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex construction projects within the Data Centre, Industrial, Infrastructure, Energy, and Mission Critical sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of major subcontractor packages.

• Prepare and manage valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.

• Produce detailed cost reporting and forecasting.

• Support procurement and contract negotiations.

• Identify and manage commercial risk.

• Mentor and support junior commercial team members.

• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

• Contribute to project profitability and commercial strategy.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.

• Significant experience within a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects.

• Strong contractual and commercial management skills.

• Experience managing subcontractors and major work packages.

• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

• Previous exposure to Data Centres, Mission Critical, Infrastructure, Energy, Industrial, or Pharmaceutical projects is advantageous.
