​Hiring: Senior Electrical Engineer - Commercial, Multifamily Residential, Utilities

This is my 3rd Electrical hire for this firm in 3 months, holding true to their commitment of a 25% headcount increase for the NYC office in 2026. Now sitting at 25 people, with the original upstate-NY office at around 40 people.

This person will be a Team Lead, handling a mix of design & Project Management. You will be a go-to resource for the National Grid projects, with the authority to designate the rest of the new construction/multifamily projects across the team.

Reporting into the Electrical Principal which sits in NYC - salary up to $155k base. Paid OT.
