Key Responsibilities

PI Planning & Coach Syncs: Prepare teams for PI Planning events, facilitate team breakouts, and support the Release Train Engineer.
Team Events: Facilitate daily stand‑ups, iteration planning, backlog refinement, and other time‑boxed ceremonies.
Inspect & Adapt: Lead iteration reviews, retrospectives, and problem‑solving workshops.
Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog of ready items.
Coaching: Improve team ways of working, resolve dependencies/impediments, and foster conflict resolution.
Servant Leadership: Ensure accountability for Kanban boards, progress tracking, and adoption of SAFe practices.
Risk & Dependency Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies.
Culture Building: Create an inclusive environment that promotes psychological safety and open collaboration.
Continuous Delivery: Promote DevOps best practices and support the move toward a continuous delivery pipeline.
Metrics & Reporting: Use delivery metrics, team health, and customer satisfaction data to track improvements.

Mandatory Skills / Experience

Recognised Scrum certification (PSM I/II or CSM/A‑CSM).
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on technology teams delivering digital/data products.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working in cross‑functional teams within regulated or complex environments (e.g., OT, construction, portfolio/program settings).
Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of improving delivery capabilities, increasing throughput, and improving team flow.
Ability to use metrics and BI tools (e.g., dashboards, reporting) for evidence‑based decisions.
Experience in matrix organizations with onshore/offshore teams, ideally mobilizing new teams.
Exposure to TDD/BDD and CI/CD practices.
Ability to coach at multiple levels (team and senior stakeholders).
