Job description

Salesforce Transformation Lead
West Midlands | Hybrid | 12-month FTC

I’m supporting an organisation in the West Midlands that is going through a significant technology transformation and is looking for someone with strong hands-on Salesforce programme delivery experience.

This isn’t a traditional people-management role. The focus is on someone who understands the technical delivery of a complex Salesforce implementation and can take ownership across multiple workstreams, from design and integration through to testing, migration and go-live.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and implementation partners to make sure the platform is delivered properly and embedded across the organisation.

What I’m looking for:

  • Strong experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations

  • Good technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud

  • Experience across system integrations, APIs, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live

  • Comfortable working with Salesforce implementation partners / System Integrators

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with wider enterprise systems such as billing, customer platforms, telephony, portals or reporting tools

  • Able to manage technical dependencies, risks and multiple delivery workstreams

  • Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid technology delivery

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders while still being close to the detail

Experience within utilities, energy, regulated industries or complex customer-service environments would be useful, but isn’t essential.

Location: West Midlands, hybrid working

Contract: 12-month FTC with potential to extend

Start: ASAP

If you’ve genuinely delivered Salesforce transformation programmes end-to-end and enjoy being close to the technical delivery rather than simply overseeing a team, I’d be keen to speak.
